It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

We have our luxury lakeside caravan to rent at Tattershall Lakes Country Park in Lincolnshire. It has your own private hot tub overlooking the lake, enclosed garden and private fishing peg at the end of the garden! It has the most amazing views, especially at sunset and sunrise. So if you want to relax in the hot tub whilst the hubby fishes all day this caravan is for you! It is in a great location, only a five minute walk from the main complex, swimming pools, aquapark and other fishing lakes.

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Set back just a few meters from the lake (lake views to front) on a corner plot, space for 2 cars to park. Just 5 minute walk to the main entertainment facilities & amenities. Double glazed & central heating make it a cozy, warm & inviting place to stay. There is also an outdoor cinema/sports screening area which is covered with heaters! Food stalls & bars! Located in main facilities area.

Lakeside Guesthouse

This cosy, spacious, newly renovated guesthouse is situated in the village of Waddington. It consists of an open planned studio, with a separate bathroom and mini kitchen. The guesthouse boasts plenty of amenities: mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine (selection of pods supplied by us), large double bed, dining table and chairs, plenty of hanging/storage space, smart controlled heating, free wifi, TV. This space is within minutes of the heart of Lincoln City by car/public transport.

Our large fully fenced garden has it's own boules court, dining furniture and sun loungers. We also have a large private parking area.
