An ideal location to explore the Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas. Absolutely NO PARTIES and No Smoking inside home and pool area which is enclosed. There will be additional charge of 25 dollars cleaning fee if grill use is requsted. Heated pool may take several hours if temperature below 65 degrees.
