Major attractions such as Toyota Music Factory, Six Flags, Grapevine Mills outlet, AT&T stadium within 30 minute drive. Place is very quiet, close to I 35 & George Bush Turnpike. All amenities within 1/2 mi. Walmart, and "Korea town" 1 mi from the house. Bus 5 minutes' walk. On-demand DART to/from home to/from the station no extra cost. Guest has access to a full remodeled kitchen, the living room and of course a bathroom. Bathroom, kitchen and common spaces are cleaned everyday. I am living there and have some talks with guests if we meet in the common space, however I am very discreet and don't bother them.
