Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, you'll find the patio, the pool,sunbathing area, the barbecue and the wood-fired oven.

Una tiny house di circa 30mq con doppio affaccio all'esterno (sul fronte un grande giardino condiviso con noi, sul retro una corte privata, fresca e ombreggiata). La casina di mezzo è relax, tranquillità, natura, una bella vista sul Monte Gabberi, e perchè no? Anche amicizia. Un luogo dove poter condividere oppure rimanere in pace, all'ombra degli ulivi o sul divano con un buon libro.

Dear guests, you are welcome in our house. Modern furnishings, with all the comforts. It is located in the peripheral district of Viareggio but strategic, convenient to reach every area of the city and with free parking inside the property and on the street. By car in 10 minutes you can be on the seafront. Station 5 minutes by taxi to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For us it is a special place and therefore I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility.

Appartamento tranquillo, comodo e in posizione strategica vicino alle spiagge di Lido di Camaiore e Viareggio e alle colline di Massarosa e Camaiore. A due passi dall'imbocco dell'autostrada. Puoi visitare il mare della Versilia, le Alpi Apuane, Camaiore e i Tappeti di Segatura, Pietrasanta e le sculture, Viareggio e il Carnevale, Torre del Lago Puccini col Festival Pucciniano, Lucca coi Comics e Summer Festival. Ha un ampio open space, 2 camere matrimoniali, entrambe con vista mare e 2 bagni, di cui uno con vasca idromassaggio e un ampio parcheggio riservato e gratuito davanti alla casa. Spazio esterno per pranzare e abbronzarsi vista mare.

Spesso sono fuori per lavoro, ma mi rendo sempre disponibile per le vostre richieste. Il nostro alloggio si trova a 400 mt dal paesino di Pedona, che offre 2 alimentari e 1 ristorante. Camaiore, a soli 8' di auto, offre servizi vari, negozi e supermercati. Abbiamo un Wi-Fi MOLTO PIGRO, ma la "connessione", non è la nostra priorità 😉

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.
