Our place is close to - the airport (15-20 mins) - Public transport to the city (15-20 mins) - Vic Uni, Maribyrnong & Footscray Secondary Colleges - Western Hospitals - Highpoint Shopping Centre - Restaurants, cafes & Aldi supermarket at end of street - Edgewater Lake & Maribyrnong river walk - Flemington Race course / Melb showgrounds (walking distance). We are dog friendly but the place does not have a secure front yard and only a covered back deck.

Guguburra Cabin

Our atmospheric cabin sits amongst the gum trees, surrounded by birdsong. Named after the Gububurras (Kookaburras) that share the property with us, it's only ten minutes walk to the Mount Macedon village for coffee or a short drive to find wineries, village markets and forest walking trails. Alternatively in the cooler months you can curl up by the fire and read or enjoy the view from the terrace by the fire pit. The calming effect of Guruburra on our guests is almost immediately
