Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this tranquil place. We are on the unspoilt Roseland Peninsula, surrounded by fields and with sea views across to dramatic Dodman Point, the highest headland on the south coast of Cornwall. Ideal for walkers, we are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. Although very rural, we are within walking distance of two pubs, the New Inn at Veryan and The Ship at Portloe. The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

⭐️Cosy 2 bedroom cottage with terrace on cliff edge

This idyllic recently renovated fisherman's cottage has a large terrace and spectacular views out to sea. You couldn’t be any closer to the sea without getting wet! The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively pour yourself a glass of wine, relax and let the world turn a little!

The Little House in the Garden

The 'Little house in the garden' is a small detached annexe with its own parking, located in the historic village of Grampound. Set in our garden, it has a peaceful aspect. You are welcome to use the lawned area of the garden if you wish. The house has been decorated in a simple light an airy way, with a slight nautical feel! Whether you are here for a holiday or down on business - we provide a private and peaceful place for you to stay. We won’t disturb you at all, but are here if you need us.

Enjoy this little Cornish Barn set in the historical village of Tregony, known as the gateway to the Roseland Peninsular, an area of outstanding beauty giving access to beautiful sandy beaches and quaint fishing villages. The ‘Skiber’ (Cornish for Barn) has a beautiful natural slate floor, decorated in Cornish blue and white with a splash of Raspberry throughout. It benefits from free off street parking and is an ideal base for a family of 4 to enjoy the laid back life of living in Cornwall.

Little House on the Roseland

Little House (sleeps 2/3) is in the Roseland Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Near South West Coast Path and stunning Portholland and Carne beaches. Bedroom/living room (double bed + sofa bed), shower room, kitchenette. Private, with own fenced in garden, lovely views. (Driveway shared with main house.) Fast broadband, 43in smart TV (Netflix, Prime etc). EV charger and hot tub, both charged separately - pls request in advance. Hot tub: £15 first night, £5 each subsequent night.

Acorn Barn a unique former cow house

Get away from it all with a cosy stay in a unique little barn conversion on a small holding with poultry, sheep and pigs. Acorn Barn sits at the end of its own driveway across a field set above a small CAMC 5cl. At night you may hear owls in the valley and the usual country noises by day from nearby working farms although the barn itself is double glazed and previous guests haven’t found any noises intrusive. You can see the railway line and look down on the duck pond and watch the poultry.

Ideally situated for exploring both North and South Cornwall.

Eden, Heligan and The Hidden Hut and good pubs all nearby, wild surfing beaches to the north, gentler paddling ones to the south. Wander the gorgeous garden; you’ll find a lake bustling with wildfowl and a wooden summerhouse. Have a barbecue here and watch the sun go down on balmy evenings. The perfect retreat for couples who want absolute peace and quiet.

The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.
