This 200 year old cottage is located in a peaceful location with far reaching views from the stable door. It’s perfectly located for walkers with mountains and lakes just waiting to be explored. Cyclists can also challenge themselves on the many hills around the area, including the infamous Stwlan Dam climb. Local attractions such as Zip World, Antur Stiniog and Llechwedd Slate Caverns are a few minutes away. The cottage is also ideally located for visiting nearby Porthmadog and Betws y Coed.

The Rabbit Warren in the heart of Snowdonia

Warren Bach “Small Warren” is situated in the stunning Vale of Ffestiniog and access is via a track directly off the A487, providing great connectivity and making it the perfect basecamp to discover Eryri National Park (Snowdonia). Ffermdy Bach is a self contained cottage adjoining our Welsh farmhouse. It has a separate entrance and garden so you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed. You are only 5 minutes walk from the coastal path and beautiful beaches of Borth y Gest. There's so much to explore and see in the area: Snowdonia, Portmeirion, castles, narrow gauge railways in nearby Porthmadog and if you are looking for more excitement try the zip wires at Blaenau and Llanberis. The Sunday School - Converted Chapel Vestry

The building was once a chapel vestry. Now a self-contained, large mezzanine guest suite. We are situated in the village of Beddgelert, close to Mount Snowdon. Our place is perfect for couples, small groups or families. We have one large living space with wood burning stove, comfortable seating, kitchen counter with amenities and dining area. Through the large windows you will have an excellent view of the top of Moel Hebog. Above this is a balcony with a double bed and a bathroom.
