TV/DVD, WI-FI,Heating, Fridge and small Freezer compartment, two sofas and all utensils etc for cooking. Please note we don't provide the bed linen for a Double and Two Single beds or Towels or Toiletries. We do provide the pillows and duvets. Lovely quiet setting. Good size bathroom with good shower! Woodland Family Theme Park and Dartmouth Golf Club are less then 3 miles and Dartmoor National Park just 30 mins for further exploration.

Please bring a supply of £1 coins. Cost obviously is more in the winter than the summer. Current summer price around £2-3 a day, winter £4-5 a day when using all the heaters.
