Willow Barn Cottage is a lovely compact one bedroom cottage located in the grounds of Willow Barn. Recently redecorated and refurbished It is a beautiful place to stay in South east Cornwall easy driving distance of the coastal towns of Looe, Polperro and Fowey. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen & bathroom, access to Sky TV (including Sports and Movies), Netflix and Amazon Prime. The cottage has a private hot tub in its own garden which is available at all times throughout the year.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Converted from a derelict cowshed in 2017; set in a large, beautifully landscaped courtyard alongside our other 2 holiday cottages, Pascoe Pippins and Gilliflower - all named after Cornish cider apples

An outside courtyard area provides a secluded area to relax. Dobwalls, close to the A38, is a perfect location for exploring the local area. Bodmin Moor is a 10 minute drive, the nearest coastal town of Looe is 20 minutes away and the award-winning Eden Project is 30 minutes away.

Our cottage is situated on Bodmin Moor in an area of oustanding natural beauty and on the outskirts of the hamlet of Warleggan. It is an ideal location for people who are looking to get away from it all, whilst still being within easy reach of major Cornish towns and sitting roughly equidistant between beautiful Cornish north and south coast beaches. The accommodation is a light and airy space with neutral decor, furnished partly with pieces from our travels in Africa.
