Breakfast is a cold self-served buffet in the 'Den'.

Good bus to town, and help and information about getting around from host. Almost in Duddingston Village which has a 900 year old church and a 800 year old pub From July 2026 the price is inclusive of 5% visitor levy, imposed by and paid to the City of Edinburgh Council
