There is a private little beach at the bottom of the hill that is pebble (warning it is a little bit of a hike). Home is equipped with a kitchen, living room, and dining room. For those who don’t know the area, this is your chance to explore it-local style! Downhill to the closest beach, 2min by car or 10min walk. Uphill on the way up (15 min walking unless you are super fit) through secret paths for the more adventurous. Restaurants, supermarkets, windsurfing, 5min by car or 22min walking. We answer all your questions and help in any way possible!

The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Cozy apartment in Pefkochori center, 300m from the beach. Walking distance from anything you might need (Bus stop, super market, coffee, restaurant, car/bike rental, bar etc) In the apartment you will find a coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, blow dryer and wi-fi Sheets, towels and all other utensils, are sterilized and cleaned as per the ministry of health instructions, to keep everyone safe from COVID-19.

The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min.The house have a really beautiful view to the sea

You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.
