Très grand jardin, terrasse couverte et terrasse extérieur. Gîte intégré dans un paysage avec vues exceptionnelles et dégagées sur les alentours. Nombreuses activités culturelles et de plein air. Epicerie à 6 min, village à 10 min, 5 min du canal bruxelles charleroi, nombreuses belles promenades...

Évadez-vous pour vivre des moments privilégiés de bien-être dans un espace détente privatif avec terrasse, balnéo, jardin, piscine chauffée en été et jacuzzi disponible toute l'année. La piscine est en hivernage, non accessible, du 1er novembre au 30 avril. Pas de fête autorisée !

La maison fait 200m2 et est située à 8 minutes de la place Schuman, le Parlement Européen ainsi que la Place Flagey où vous trouvez de nombreux bars et restaurants. La taille de la maison est idéale pour les groupes et familles, vous permettant de passer un moment dans une maison typiquement bruxelloise.

Logement entier. 4 chambres et 4 SDD privatives. À proximité (15 min à pieds) de l’ING Arena, du Stade Roi Baudouin, de Brussels Expo, de l’Atomium. Logement complètement rénové et décoré avec goût. Accès à la piscine partagée (10h>18h) et chauffée (mai à fin sept : temp. de l’eau 28). Whoopy, notre chienne, est la gardienne du domaine. Elle se balade à son gré dans le jardin. Elle en impose visuellement mais elle est très gentille avec nos voyageurs qui la saluent et l’aiment aussi.
