A large, cosy rustic 1 room cabin with separate electric shower & toilet, & kitchenette. King size bed. Stunning countryside views, set in a private animal paddock at the top of our garden. Fantastic for dog walking. It’s situated on a rural lane in an AONB . Situated between 2 villages both with pubs & village shops, one is easily walkable but a car is recommended, or bikes. We are located between north & south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor & Dartmoor.

This bespoke timber frame building was specifically designed for the holiday market.  Imagine a sumptuous high-end hotel suite glazed on two sides.  Then include a well-equipped fitted kitchen, add on an attached covered deck with semi sunken Hot Tub.  Place inside a private garden with tended lawn, climbing roses and wildflower area.  Throw in a handmade slate alfresco dining set and brick built charcoal grill.   Then raise it up to maximise the 180 degrees of uninterrupted country side views.

Branscombe Chalet on the Beach

‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West. Now a bookable sauna on the beach and free parking can be arranged

Pear Tree Cabin is located in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Ham in Somerset, sitting in the grounds of a seventeenth century thatched cottage on a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful countryside. This is a dog-friendly location and is perfect for those that enjoy walking, water sports or simply just relaxing. There are kayaking, sailing and stand-up paddle boarding available just an 8 minute walk away along the shore of the lake. A secluded location in a designated dark sky area and ideally situated to explore Exmoor National Park.
