Spacious renovated apartment in the garden behind our 19th century Victorian house with its own entrance along the side path. Close to several parks, swimming pool/gym/tennis complex, and Queens Parade shopping strip. The neighbourhood is 4 km from the Melbourne CBD, and 100 meters from 86 tram to city and train station, and bus line along Hoddle Street. All this provides easy access to city, MCG, Rugby Stadium, Tennis Centre, Theatres and NGV. We are empty nesters with a kelpie dog, Peppy.

Various eatery, restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby suburbs of Fairfield and Ivanhoe. Off street parking available at the back of property.

A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.

It is fully self-contained, renovated and fully furnished with a large private deck and it's own private garden. The studio is fully insulated, has a split system heater/ air conditioner, washing machine, TV, good Internet, dining table and stools, comfortable couch, and a super comfortable high quality queen sized bed. It has a kitchenette and separate bathroom.
