Unique barn apartment has Virginia farm charm with bucolic views from the down stairs windows but private cozy space with a comfy king sized bed, private bath with claw foot tub, skylights, bright pine floors. Full kitchen is furnished with coffee pot, toaster, microwave. You will be down on the farm in the old dairy barn near the farm house. 250 acs & you are welcome to wind down, cook, take a walk or explore the Brandy Station battlefields. Visit a nearby pub or Culpeper restaurants. Welcome.

A quiet 17 acre, ONE room cabin set on a private small lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Equipped with a full kitchen, a grill, 4 OUT DOOR showers, no showers in cabin. Each bed is new and there are king beds and trundle beds to accommodate visitors of all ages.
