Hillside Well Cottage is a family run 4 bedroom cottage set in a beautiful, peaceful location in the Perthshire countryside, with spectacular views of the Lomond Hills bordering Fife. It is centrally situated, and a perfect base for visiting many places of interest including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Pitlochry, Gleneagles, St Andrews, Perth and Dundee. Also, locally, the East Neuk, Falkland and Kinross on the banks of lovely Loch Leven offer many attractions and are well worth a visit.

This bespoke house was built by our family to provide an escape from the city and it has been furnished to provide a comfortable home from home. Centrally located, and only an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth and St Andrews, it is the ideal base for golfers, walkers and visitors to Scotland.

300 year old building, newly renovated in the picturesque fishing village of Crail. 1 1/2 miles from 7th oldest golf course in the world and 10 miles to the world class St.Andrews Golf Course. Short walk to beach front and a beautiful harbour as well as Fife Coastal Path. Has a lovely pottery shop where items are made on the premises. If you don't feel like cooking Crail has a good fish and chip shop. Pubs & grocery shops near by. Everything is within walking distance form the house.

Muma Bears House

This is Muma Bears house and it always will be. She was my Mother and this is what me and my girls always called her. She passed in June 2021 and i have spent the last year renovating her house. She was a force and i hope we have done her proud. I want the house to come alive. So welcome! Cosy up in front of the fire, play the piano and unwind in peace. Bring along your slippers. Get the board games out and relax with family and friends. Enjoy the sound of the fire at night.

The Vintage... A well-struck 2-iron away from the 1st tee of the Old Course, 100 yards from the seafront and close to the town center. Tucked away but in the middle of it all, The Vintage is a delightful, free-standing, fully renovated, three bedroom house with a large conservatory and a unique private patio garden. Ashtrees Cottage is in a beautiful rural location and has Loch Leven Nature Reserve on its door step. The Balgedie Toll Tavern & Loch Levens Larder both less than 10 minutes walk from the Cottage. It’s a great place to explore towns and villages around the East Neuk of Fife, Edinburgh, St Andrews, Gleneagles, Stirling and Glasgow. Its a great place to base yourself if you are planning to explore the Lowlands and Southern Highlands of Scotland.

The Armoury: Stylish WW1 Bunker

Unique restored historic WW1 gun emplacement complex situated on a high view point with a panoramic view across the water to Edinburgh and directly overlooking the lconic Forth Rail Bridge in the historic village of North Queensferry This king bed bunker is stylishly decorated and hosts a pool table and log burner. 25 minutes into Edinburgh City Centre on the train. 35 minutes to Murray field Stadium on the train and tram.

The Annexe at Kirkmay Farmhouse, Crail.

The Annexe is a bright, two-bedroomed house attached to the main farmhouse. It is self-contained with it’s own parking and garden areas. The property has been completely re-wired, re-plumbed and re-decorated with new beds, kitchen and bathroom. This a convenient rental for guests attending an event in The Cow Shed at Sypsies Farm. We are roughly 300m away along the farm track.
