Traditional storied house with entresol located at the picturesque side of Kini beach, 5 meters from the sand. Includes air conditioning, a solar water heater, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a large veranda with a direct view on the sunset. Can host up to 6 persons. Cafeterias, mini markets, restaurants and the bus stop, as well as the Aquarium, are all in close proximity. The doors lead directly to the courtyard which overlooks the sea. In addition, the yard has a stone-built BBQ and a traditional oven.

It is located in the center of Poseidonia just opposite the historic Tsiropina mansion (now a town hall and cultural attraction of the area). Poseidonia, also known as Delagracia is a settlement of Syros that was for many years the resort of rich shipowners and captains. A 4th guest can be accommodated at an extra bed.
