Take in the sunset at what is said to be the sunniest spot in Skipsea before getting cosy in front of the wood burning fire for the night. Wake up being spoilt for choice with many dog friendly beaches nearby.

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Cloughton is situated approximately 5 miles north of Scarborough on the Whitby road. Robin Hood's Bay and Ravenscar easily accessible. Seven food serving pubs within 30-40 minutes walk of this stunning location.

Mill View is located in the village of Kilham an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Yorkshire Wolds , the cottage has been fully renovated for summer 2022. The perfect place to enjoy both the countryside and coast.
