Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

This beautiful little stone and chestnut cottage with private pool is stunningly located in the heart of the Garfagnana with wonderful views of open countryside and mountains. The cottage is situated in a very private position, providing romantic accommodation for a couple or small family. There is a dining kitchen, bathroom, utility room on the ground floor, and a double bedroom and bedroom with bunk bed on the first floor. There are also large open porches on both sides of the house

Find peace is possibile!!The cottage la Belle Vallé is situated in Vagli Sotto, a village in the heart of Garfagnana. The Belle Vallé faces on an incredible view thanks to it’s position which is situated on top of a hillock along the shores of the lake. Outside in the garden you will be surrounded by beautiful chestnut trees and can relax having your breakfast, lunch and dinner in front of the peaceful and calm green waters of the lake.
