On this unique location right at the heart of the vibrant 'Zuid' of Antwerp, we offer you a warm welcome to our stylish, meticulously renovated duplex apartment for a perfect stay in our beautiful city. We've got a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. Please note that the apartment is only accessible via stairs to the 2nd floor. As we are in the absolute epicenter of the coziest restaurants and bars, during weekends we must warn you that you will have a blast!

It features a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, a living room with a large sofa and dining table, comfortable bedrooms, and a modern bathroom. Centrally located in Antwerp’s vibrant theatre district, you’ll find shopping streets, museums, restaurants, cafés, and parks nearby. Easily accessible by car and public transport. The train station is within walking distance, and there is a tram stop right in front of the building!

In the most fashionable and vibrant part of town (Het Zuid), close to the fashion district, the Kloosterstraat with its vintage and antiques shops, shopping street "Meir" and lots of museums, bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment has its own kitchen, a spacious bathroom, 1 bedroom and the private use of a big living terrace of 20m². There is a baby cot if needed and coffee and tea is offered.

Vanuit Antwerpen-Zuid kan je de ganse stad verkennen, te voet of met de Velo. Op 10 minuten van de kathedraal. U heeft vanop ons terras zicht op de Schelde en achter het hoekje vind je de rust van het mooie Zuid Park. ‘s Avonds bruist het Zuid met z'n gezellige restaurants en bars. Maar je kan ook thuis lekker koken, alles is voorhanden en de supermarkt is vlakbij. Deze locatie heeft alles, een hippe buurt en tegelijk een oase van rust. We reageren snel op je aanvraag ! The penthouse {please note: there is no elevator} is 5 minutes walk away from the centre of the city in a perfect location to explore all of the wonderful attractions Antwerp has to offer: restaurants, cafés, bakeries, shops, and musea all within walking distance. It is a 2 km walk from the Central Station but also close to bus and tram stops. The highway to Brussels, Gent or Brugge is 1,5 km away. The newly renovated and world famous Royal Museum of Fine Arts is 10 minutes away.

Appartement is in een oude meer dan 450 jaaroud gebouw, vlakbij de kathedraal, de hotspot voor toeristen, waar werkelijk alles aan je voeten ligt. Open de ramen van de woonkamer en je voelt je in het midden van het levendige en bruisende Antwerpen. Je kan alles makkelijk te voet bezoeken. Als je iemand bent die graag lekker eet en drinkt, de wereldkeuken in de directe omgeving; voor Belgisch eten, gewoon de trappen aflopen en je kunt dineren in de ‘Pottekijker’.

Onze studio bevindt zich in de sous-terrain van ons huis, een gezellig toevluchtsoord dat perfect is voor stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakenreizigers. De locatie is gewoon fantastisch - binnen de Antwerpse ring, op een steenworp afstand van het levendige Zuid. Op slechts 20 minuten wandelen van het historisch centrum. Ideaal om te genieten van de rijke geschiedenis, te proeven van de lokale lekkernijen of gewoon de unieke sfeer van Antwerpen op te snuiven.

Deze vrolijke en moderne studio is gelegen in het bruisende ‘Zuid’; aan restaurantjes en cafés geen gebrek. De studio is knus en voorzien van meer dan alleen de basics; een heerlijk bed met leeslampjes en ingewerkte stopcontacten, een instant-happy badkamer, een gezellige tv-ruimte met Smart TV, een goed uitgeruste keuken met koffie en thee .. Very nice one bedroom appartment in the cosiest part of Antwerp: South. Next to many restaurants, bars, the river Schelde. City bikes around the corner, tram, busstops. The apartment is ground floor, so very easy access for all ages and with heavy suitcases or bikes. I welcome dogs and cats as I trust your pets are experienced and clean travelers. There is a huge park next door to let them out for walks TV with all channels and free Netflix.
