Our apartment is located in the Budapest historical dowtown, just inside of our boulevard on the north side.The building was built in 1889 and it is in nice condition now. The apartment has the highest quality in every details. Equipment: High speed Wifi, Samsung Smart SUHD"65"tv (Netflix,Youtube), Cable HD channels,Washing machine,Drying machine, Iron, Drying rack.High-end Air-conditioning system Kitchen: Microwave, Stove, Induction hot plate, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with free capsules, Water heater, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses. When you arrive to the address I will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the building and helping you with your luggage. I will then explain the most important things about the apartment, the surroundings and the the city. I can also help you with transport from and to the airport or train station. I am on a 24hour duty when I have guests. During your stay you can contact me on phone, viber,whatsapp, messenger,anytime. Elektromosan fűthető dézsánk telefonról irányítható hőfokszabályzóval rendelkezik, hogy ne legyen más dolgotok, mint élvezni a forró vizet. 2 személyes szaunánk külön pihenőszobát kapott, ahol két izzadás között tudtok regenerálódni. Az ágyban fekve pedig mozizhattok is.

The Villa is mediterran style, located in a nature reserve area. The Fáy Prés House Restaurant is 150 meters from the villa, 3 km from Hungaroring race track. View of Budapest and the mountains, which is beautiful day and night. The house has a 10-meter long swimming pool. Barbecue facilities are available in the garden. Own parking for 4 cars in the yard of the house. Horse riding and fishing are also nearby. The nearest supermarket and gas station are 1 km away.
