Not suitable for small children or infants Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of water side lawn space. A delight for architecture enthusiasts and art lovers, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years.
