Discover our newly refurbished spacious cottage tucked away in the heart of Barkby Village- perfect for families or groups of up to 6. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful get away or celebrating a special occasion with family and friends, this is the place for you. The cottage features a spacious modern kitchen area, open-plan lounge and dining area, master bedroom with en-suite, double bedroom and a twin room. The cottage also has a family bathroom and 3 toilets. Everything you need and more!

Double studio with A/C and free parking

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

Red Roof Bungalow

This Red Roof Bungalow has recently been renovated throughout, it sits on a quiet road just outside the village. It has a large front garden, and fully enclosed back garden which is ideal for dogs and children. There is also a gravelled parking area with plenty of space for vehicles. It’s a straightforward, comfortable place close to the countryside and local amenities. I’ve had to re-list the property on here due to some admin errors… for the brief time it was on here it received 5 ⭐ reviews
