Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Bathroom with washing machine, kitchen, stove top, microwave, oven, with full size fridge and lounge room. All linen and towels, amenities etc are supplied.
