This was my 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 family apartment on the 𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 of the historic 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿. It’s on the 𝟱th and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you. ---

Oratory built in the 1500s, The Chapel is now a luxury home: a monumental living room with plaster works and painted vault (due to a restoration in 1776), dining-kitchen room, 2 bedrooms (1 with King size bed and 1 with two single beds), 3 complete bathrooms, laundry, private garden and parking. Air conditioning and WIFI everywhere, large screen TV, all that serves best for table and kitchen. Since it is far about 1 mile from the nearest village, a car is essential.

The care taken in the restoration and furnishing make the house particularly welcoming, respecting the rural style.

Antica villa toscana, bellissima, con giardino privato esclusivo, completamente ristrutturata, immersa nelle splendide e dolci colline toscane.
