It is finished to a very high standard with its own private access, private patio area and views of our large garden. It adjoins our family home in the quiet village of Fulbourn, outside Cambridge. It is ideally located for visits to Cambridge, Addenbrooke's, Newmarket etc. Please note we are not within walking distance of Cambridge but it is easily accessible by car, taxi, Uber or bike!

The house has been completely refurbished. It is in a quiet cul de sac in a village 4 miles from the centre of Cambridge, home of one of Europe's preeminent universities. We are also only 2.5 miles from the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, one of the world's largest biomedical centres. Close by are three great houses, Audley End, Anglesey Abbey and Wimpole Hall. Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.
