Ad 1 km dal casello autostradale di Rioveggio, l'appartamento fa parte della villa in cui abito con la mia famiglia. L'accesso per gli ospiti è indipendente, dalla grande terrazza, senza scale. Nel piazzale condiviso, dove sono presenti 2 cani innocui, si può parcheggiare l'auto. Appartamento ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. D'estate è sempre fresco, anche senza aria condizionata. Sprovvisto di cucina, ma sono presenti microonde, frigorifero, macchina del caffè (con caffè), bollitore e stoviglie.

Il Molinello è un antico mulino immerso nella natura, ideale per chi ama il silenzio. E' stato interamente ristrutturato per renderlo accogliente e funzionale, ma conservando le caratteristiche originarie che lo rendono un luogo speciale. Accanto all'edificio scorre il rio che in passato azionava le macine, e che crea piccole cascate e vasche di acqua limpida e freschissima. Si trova a meno di 2 km dalla Via degli Dei, e dista 25' dal casello di Rioveggio (l'ultimo km è su strada sterrata).

a soli 8 km dall'autostrada, uscita Rioveggio, e a 3 km dalla stazione ferroviaria, per andare a Bologna o a Firenze in circa 1 ora, avrete un ampio monolocale di 40 metri quadri con entrata indipendente. A due passi il Parco di Monte Sole e nelle vicinanze la Rocchetta Mattei e i monti del Corno alle Scale La cucina è completa con stoviglie e tegami, microonde e macchina del caffè, con a vostra disposizione caffè, orzo, camomilla e te, qualche brioches, acqua gasata e naturale e latte.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Loft incantevole nel cuore dell' Appennino

La "Locanda di Goethe" è un incantevole loft che si trova nel centro storico di Loiano, un piccolo paesino di montagna sulla Statale 65 della Futa, la splendida strada che collega Bologna a Firenze. Il loft è ospitato all'interno di un palazzo storico, lo stesso che Goethe menzionò nel suo "Viaggio in Italia". Lo stile caldo ed avvolgente degli interni, la vasca a vista ed i dondoli vi faranno vivere un' esperienza unica ed indimenticabile.

Monolocale con angolo cottura attrezzato, bagno e lavanderia. Completamente indipendente si trova in un borgo del 1400 ristrutturato, nell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, località Marzabotto-Luminasio. Il borgo dista 2 kmq (in salita)da Marzabotto e circa 20 kmq da Bologna. Marzabotto è raggiungibile da Bologna con treno o bus. Ma per arrivare al borgo bisogna avere la macchina perché non ci sono mezzi pubblici che da Marzabotto portano a Luminasio.
