My place is close to Public transport, 3 miles to the city centre, parks, and art and culture, close links to m1 motorway, east midlands airport 20 mins drive from property, Birmingham International airport 45 mins . This is a two bed bungalow with one double and one twin room. There is plenty of outdoor space. My place is good for couples, business travellers/commuters and families (with kids). a fully equipped travel cot is available if needed, complete with bed linen.

There is one designated secure car parking space for your use, which is to the right hand side of the property door. If you require more parking please let me know.. A beautiful little place to relax and enjoy a break. If you have family local or coming to enjoy the history of Leicestershire or visit the stunning countryside and parks. Anstey Annex is like home from home, self sufficient with a private garden. Attached to the main house where I reside.
