The Medina (Campsite)

We are providing you a beautiful campsite about a 1-2 minute walk from the river. You will need to bring your own tent(s). We do no provide water or firewood. Porta-potties/outhouses are available for use. You may park two 4WD/high clearance vehicles at your site. If additional parking is needed, or if you have a 2WD/low clearance vehicle, we have nearby overflow parking about a 5-10 minute walk from your site.

Studio Tents

Walden Retreats is a luxury camping retreat located a few miles outside of Johnson City on 96 acres. Our studios are 440 sq ft luxury safari tents that feature a wrap around deck, private outdoor shower and fire pit. Each tent has air conditioning, king size bed, kitchen, and private bathroom. Maximum occupancy in studios is 2 guests. If you need additional space, the suites are a larger option.

Pinehaven Luxury Glamping

Enjoy nature in a luxurious, climate controlled setting nestled in beautiful piney woods! Our safari tent is equipped with everything you need to relax and unwind. Take a bath in the claw foot tub, enjoy a book on the front porch, and sleep peacefully in the cozy king sized bed. Pinehaven will provide you an unforgettable glamping experience!
