Sharing the tree-filled yard with monkeys, birds & iguanas, this light, airy, teakwood home is just 50 meters from the beach, close to the heart of Sámara. Great nature views & ocean sounds. This airy house has an open-plan kitchen - living room with many artistic, original details in local recycled woods; terrace, outdoor dining, hammock & garden. You can walk anywhere in minutes & go barefoot to the beach! NOTE: We do NOT (yet!) have AC (planned for mid-2026), but plenty of fans for air flow!

After years of being an Airbnb guest in Nosara we found the perfect spot. Our house is located as close as you can get to beach while also being close to restaurants (but not too close where you get tourist congestion and noise). Everything in this house revolves around the oversized pool. You will be plunging in and out all day and have dinner beside its shimmering lights. The house is modern, clean and safe (gated and monitored by security). Everything you need for the perfect, easy stay!

The road literally ends at this beachfront property. Villas Ecositas Nosara is located in Playa Pelada in one of the most beautiful and serene locations in all of Nosara. No dust, no traffic, ocean front property. Once you arrive, no need to drive as you can walk or bike on the beach to stores, restaurants and surf. The sound of surf permeates the air and the nearly private beach is a short stroll through the 100 meter protected maritime zone that protects the Nosara coastline from development.
