Our luxuriously cosy little cottage has everything you could wish for after a day exploring the nearby woods, adjacent North Yorkshire Moors or easily accessed coast. Perhaps a relaxing soak in the feature double ended bath? You can cosy up in front of the log burning stove or step out for something to eat and drink at one of the local bars and restaurants. If you prefer to cook, the kitchen has all you need. The cottage has been renovated throughout with a feature mezzanine bed and bath suite.

This 150-year-old cottage is ideally situated on the edge of the North Yorkshire National Park. With glorious coastline and steeped in history, this is a characterful cottage in a historical town. The Tipsy Bee at 143 is located on the edge of the main street in Guisborough, only steps away from independent shops, eateries and quirky independent bars as well as being less than a 10-minute walk away from the iconic Guisborough Priory. The National Park is on your doorstep, with lovely walks.

Hillfoot Cottage is a cosy and comfortable 350 yr old cottage which began life as a pig sty in the quiet country village of Yearby, near Redcar. Offering peace and tranquility with local walks on your doorstep. Located a short drive to the seaside town of Redcar and Market town of Guisborough, within 1/2 hours drive to the North York Moors National Park and Whitby and within 1 hours drive to the Yorkshire Dales. An abundance of wild birds are to be found in the gardens of our cottage.

A cosy cottage in the heart of Guisborough town centre with easy access to local shops and a large supermarket minutes away. The property is the ideal location for exploring North Yorkshire. 15 to 30 mins from the North Yorkshire Moors, Redcar and Saltburn beaches, Roseberry topping and Whitby. It’s ideal for family breaks, mini breaks and perfect for walkers. A free 2 hour high street parking disk is provided, plus free parking 6pm till 8am daily. Other times up to £4 a day.

Maltkiln House Annexe is the perfect getaway for two people who love to be in the countryside. You can enjoy uninterrupted views sitting at the bottom of the garden which is your own space. The Annexe dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annexe straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annexe is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

The Retreat is on a very quiet street, it's a great central location for the historic market town of Guisborough, the Yorkshire Moors and the beautiful North East Coast. You will find a Guest Information booklet on top of the fridge in the kitchen with lots of useful information and there are plenty of leaflets of things to do and see in the surrounding areas - please take a look!!!! No 27 is in Guisborough, a quaint market town on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors National Park, 6 miles to the sea. 1st floor apartment with fully equipped kitchen, comfy king-size bed, lounge with 2 x single sofa beds, TV, and WiFi. A 5-minute walk to the town centre, 10 minutes to Gisborough Hall. Situated over my business premises, Physioplus+, with a separate entrance at the rear. Sun trap balcony overlooks a car park... but a pleasant place! Pet friendly.

Riverside Guest Annexe

Riverside guest annexe is in a secluded garden but is within 50m of Waterfall Park and Great Ayton High Green, with its shops, pubs, cafes, take-aways and Tourist Information. The annexe is attached to our house, but has its own entrance, patio, garden area and parking space. We can accommodate 2 adults comfortably, plus a third adult or up to 2 children on our pull-out and/or sofa bed. We provide bedding, towels and toiletries. No smoking or pets are permitted in the annexe.
