Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This fabulous apartment can host up to six people and has three floors that contain two bedrooms with double beds, suitable for either one or two families , two bathrooms, a living and kitchen area with two sofa beds , right in front of the Siviri beach. Free parking and free wi-fi and air conditioning, next to every restaurant and beach bar of Siviri. Also provides you with a washing machine, fridge and oven.
