Διαθέτει 2 κλιματιστικά και σίτες κουνουπιών στα παράθυρα. Το ξύλο της οροφής σε συνδυασμό με την θέα της θάλασσας, δίνει την αίσθηση καραβιού στον επισκέπτη, ταξιδεύει το μυαλό και ξεκουράζει το σώμα.
