Our apartment is located in the Budapest historical dowtown, just inside of our boulevard on the north side.The building was built in 1889 and it is in nice condition now. The apartment has the highest quality in every details. Equipment: High speed Wifi, Samsung Smart SUHD"65"tv (Netflix,Youtube), Cable HD channels,Washing machine,Drying machine, Iron, Drying rack.High-end Air-conditioning system Kitchen: Microwave, Stove, Induction hot plate, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with free capsules, Water heater, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses. Bathrooms: Hair Dryers, Towels, Liquid soap. Bedrooms: Cable TV, Samsung Smart"40"TV(Netflix,Youtube),High quality bed linen, Springbox comfort beds. We are open to fulfill special requests. When you arrive to the address I will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the building and helping you with your luggage. I will then explain the most important things about the apartment, the surroundings and the the city. I can also help you with transport from and to the airport or train station. I am on a 24hour duty when I have guests. During your stay you can contact me on phone, viber,whatsapp, messenger,anytime. Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy two terraces and a large garden. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Szállásunk Agárdon, a Velencei-tó üdülőövezetében, Budapesttől 50 km-re Székesfehérvártól 15 km-re csendes utcában található. Könnyen megközelíthető autóval (M7-es autópálya) és vonattal is. A tópart 10-15 perces sétával elérhető, ami strandolási, sportolási lehetőségeket nyújt. Az Agárdi Termálfürdő 1,5 km-re van. A környék természeti és kulturális látnivalói akár kerékpárral is felkereshetők (kölcsönzési lehetőség valamint ingyenes kiszállítás rendelkezésre áll).

Live like a local citizen! The studio apartment is our own flat, what we started listing on airbnb in 2014. During this time, we learnt a lot from our guests, and we're always improving something in the apartment. The building is historic, approximately 150 years old. But the flat is modern, and was recently renovated. It is situated in the city centre, so you can reach everything within a few steps. We're looking forward to welcome you!

Mivel az apartmanházban három 2 személyes különálló külön bejárattal rendelkező apartman található, ezért akár 6 fő fogadására is alkalmas. Ebben az esetben foglaláskor figyeljen arra, hogy az apartmanokat külön-külön kell lefoglalni (Origo Purple, Origo Red, Origo Green).

I offer my guests my real Tiny house with keyless access. It is also suitable for a home office in an air-conditioned living room sitting at the desk you can see nature through a huge reflex glass. The house is self-designed and made. There are three bicycles, they can be used for a separate fee. All are in excellent condition and include a mobile phone holder, puncture repair, lights and pump.
