This ground floor studio apartment is based in a converted garage/barn. This is situated in the grounds of a three acre smallholding, overlooking the field with ponies grazing, this accommodation will give you a peaceful break in the countryside, whether you are taking a break, seeking accommodation for visiting relatives or on business. The apartment has its own discreet entrance but can be used together with the first floor apartment for a family of four as there is an inter-connecting door.

Cherry Blossom is situation on Cherry Orchard Farm - a working farm in a secluded rural location in Great Staughton near the Cambs/Beds border. Whether you want a short break or longer self-catering accommodation, our location is an escape from the busy world we seem to live in these days.   The self-contained accommodation consists of one double / twin bedroom, bathroom (with shower), lounge area and fully fitted kitchen. Patio doors from the main room lead to a small, private patio area.

Once the original farm house for a farm, The Cottage has lots of original charms including old beams and a bread oven. Located in a peaceful Northamptonshire village, Spinney Loft provides a calm and tranquil setting. Well equipped one bedroom apartment located above our garage/old stables. The lounge area is spacious with a comfortable sofa, smart TV and desk. Fully equipped kitchen; electric hob, air fryer, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, washing machine and integrated dryer. The bedroom has a super king size bed which can be separated as twins. Spacious shower room, towels are provided.

Our cosy space offers tiny living with luxury. We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.
