Sleeps 4 guest, with a queen bed in bedroom and a queen air mattress available for use on floor. Large tv with Roku, WiFi available. Refrigerator, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, and induction hotplate with cookware for light cooking. Charcoal grill outside. Parking space for boat and trailers. All pets must be crated if left unattended.

Amenities- Wi-Fi, hot tub, covered patio w/ table/chairs, charcoal grill, campfire area w/ seating, picnic table, horseshoe pit, volleyball net, 4 square court, tether ball, basketball hoop, swings. Yard is flat level ground. Flat level circle drive that is great for boat/ATV trailers. It sleeps up to 7 persons maximum. Base rate is up to 4 persons, then additional persons is $12 per person per night.

This little cottage is tucked away behind our home, in the middle of a scenic field. It has a Mimosa tree in the yard that is gorgeous when in bloom! Blueberry bushes in the field with a small garden nearby. Ducks go back and forth from the pond to the front yard several times a day! So whether you are relaxing at the cottage all day, or just using it as a place to sleep while traveling back and forth to Hochatown, you will likely see animals milling around!
