Het laatste deel van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin. Ook kinderen kunnen zich helemaal uitleven in onze mooie boomhut met schuifaf, schommel,... Er is ook een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Wij bieden u een appartement aan op grondgebied van Heverlee. Kijk je door de grote ramen heb je uitzicht op Kessel-lo en park Belle-Vue, naar links wandel je vrolijk Leuven binnen. Het ruime appartement voor 2 personen bevindt zich op 500m van het station via park Belle-Vue waar het gezellig wandelen of fietsen is. Een veilige garageplaats op 150m is ook beschikbaar voor de wagen en de fietsen te stallen. Een top verblijfslocatie voor wie de sfeer en gezelligheid van Leuven wil proeven.

We verwelkomen jullie graag persoonlijk en zijn altijd ter beschikking voor vragen of als je iets nodig hebt. Er zijn verschillende betalende en gratis parkeermogelijkheden in de buurt en een bus van het station die voor onze deur stopt. We bieden je graag wat tips voor winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

Studio dans les combles d’un petit château où j’habites également. A 5 min à pied des transports qui offrent un accès vers le centre ville. Comprend un lit double et un canapé lit et peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes. Salle de douche et toilette séparée. Il au 3e étage et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. 😌A 5 min des commerces, restaurants et transports en commun. Centre ville à 35-40 min en transports. Parking gratuit à 7 min à pied de la maison ⚠️ pas de visiteurs autorisés.

Just 14 minutes from Leuven center by bike or bus, and a short car ride to the research park Haasrode for our business travelers. Welcome to your peaceful retreat!

Welcome to my cosy unique bright home, with astonishing view, a terrace and a balcony. You will be able to spend your alone time in my apartment when I am not there, meaning you will have the entire place for yourself. HOWEVER, my CAT Charlie is staying in the apartment as well, which means you might need to give him food here and there. The apartment is very well located, close to the EU institutions and a walking distance from the city center.

Calme et silence...En pleine campagne,au bout d'un chemin en cul-de-sac, petite chambre d'hôte cosy et confortable,entrée privée,dans un environnement où les seuls bruits sont les chants des oiseaux et le vent dans les arbres. La chambre est vraiment cosy, douche à l'italienne,WC et kitchenette, le tout entièrement privé. (surface complète=25 m²). Piscine privée à partager avec nous en saison.

Vous apprécierez ce studio entièrement rénové situé au calme, dans une ruelle du village de Rixensart dans une maison de charme. Confortable, cosy et calm avec cuisine équipée, son parking privé dans l’enceinte de la propriété (avec grillage) et sa proximité avec la gare de Rixensart (5 minutes à pied). Vous disposez de votre propre porte d’entrée pour arriver ou sortir quand il vous plaît.

Completely renovated studio located at 5 minutes walking distance from Brussels Expo and ING Arena, and at 10-15 minutes from the Atomium, the tram and the metro, north of Brussels. The private studio is fully equipped and located on the ground floor in my house. Nice terrace & garden are at your disposal as well. Just bring your luggage :-)
