Our cosy apartment is attached to our family home overlooking farmland. Ideal for walking, romantic getaway, or a relaxing retreat. Sit & relax by the log burning stove or enjoy a treatment in Cherry Blossom Treatment Room , which is situated in the grounds of Green Acres. The local pub is a two-minute walk away serving real ales & home cooked food.

Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

An immaculately presented lower ground floor apartment with own private entrance, ideal for a couple but can accommodate four if the sofa bed is requested, which is assumed for lager groups but couples/twos need to specifically request and there will be a £20 add on linen charge. Enjoy the comfort of this stunning apartment situated close to the Conference Centre (under 10 min walk), local restaurants and amenities and only a short 12 minute walk to the train station and main shopping area.

With a private garden, on-site parking, and views over moor and dale, it’s perfect for couples or small families. Inside, enjoy a cosy living space with a log burner (logs provided), well-equipped kitchen, shower/wet room, and upstairs a king bedroom plus a walk-through space with twin bed (single futon chair bed and a single bed). We also allow up to 2 pets.

Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.
