The game room with the Pool Table and Ping Pong Table does have AC. We also have an amazing backyard seating area with a Television, Corn Hole, and Hot Tub when it is time to sit back and relax! A converted carriage house walking distance to downtown Denton and University of North Texas (UNT) Campus. DCTA bus stop located across the street and downtown DCTA train station a mile away. Has a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and a coffee pot. Has a Murphy bed downstairs, and a loft with space for an air mattress. Please use caution on ladder stairs.
