Studio Annexe on the Edge of the Peak District

A bright and airy ground floor annexe, used solely for guests. With its own entrance, a comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio area, you are guaranteed a relaxing and private stay. Nestled away in the village of Tupton on the edge of the Peak District, we hope that you can find a place to relax, eat and explore. If you're with us for work, moving house or to see family, then we have everything you need from pots and pans to a washing machine as well as a space to park.

The Granary

Situated in the country side, with no one around, the gorgeous Hardwick View Lodge. A lovely intimate space with the sounds of nature all around. You can go on many different walks, to close by places such as Hardwick Hall and Stainsby Mill. This is a perfect place for walkers or a couple wanting a romantic treat away, with a hot tub to relax in too. Our hot tub is open all year round at no extra cost, a lovely place to star gaze at night or relax in after a busy day! 2 people only, no children

Cosy Quiet Cottage In Pilsley

A beautiful, refurbished, one bedroomed cottage in a peaceful small village location, just a couple of minutes walk onto the Five Pits Trail and other great walks, yet still in close proximity to local amenities. The perfect place to enjoy a home from home getaway; self check in, full kitchen, glorious large bathroom space with bath and waterfall shower, comfy lounge area with large TV, extremely spacious cosy king bedroom and front and rear enclosed patio areas for your four legged friends!

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Available for single night stays. Discounts on 3+ nights bookings.

The Kennels

Kick off your walking boots, wash down your bike or just park up the car, this freshly converted kennels is the place to relax for a few days. Peaceful and away from it all but close enough to explore the beauty of the Peak District and Chatsworth House. Matlock is a couple of miles away with restaurants, shops and amenities. You can start exploring from the door step; we can help with guides, directions and recommendations. The room can be configured as a luxury Super King or twin beds.

The Garden Room

The Annexe is self contained in the garden of our home in Wingerworth. Private entrance through small conservatory . Shower room , fridge, kettle, toaster , microwave. Cereals, bread, butter and preserves provided. Close to countryside and Peak District National Park . On drive parking. Bus stops nearby to Chesterfield and Derby with links by bus/train from Chesterfield Rail Station. Good local walks and Chatsworth Estate 20 minutes drive. Excellent Pub/Restaurant 5 minutes walk away.

Hardwick View Bungalow

Lovingly restored and refurbished offering stylish and attractive ground-floor accommodation on the edge of the Peak District between the villages of Teversal and Tibshelf is this beautiful semi-detached bungalow with far reaching views of Hardwick Hall to the front and open fields to the rear. Suited to a group of four walkers who want to base themselves near to the Peak District, or a family looking to enjoy a peaceful break with easy access to the countryside and local attractions.

It is on the edge of the Peak District with many local attractions, such as Chatsworth and Hardwick Hall.

Rita’s Retreat is set on a working small holding, with lovely views across the fields, and sheep grazing close by. Inside is a handmade double bed, made locally, a full size shower with sink and WC and heated towel rail, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and Smart TV. Outside is a decking area with Bistro set and also an area with a fire pit. Not suitable for children Not suitable for pets

You can either relax by the fire or head out onto some of the local footpaths or cycle trails. We have several pubs within a 20 minute walk. Matlock is a short drive away and if you fancy going further afield, we are about a 30 minute drive away from the attractions of the Peak District.
