There is buses from the village to Sunderland and South Shields. Why not walk along the stunning coastal path to South Shields or over cleadon hills with stunning views.

The building was an old library now converted into flats. The flat is on the ground floor with own entrance, private yard and parking. This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle. There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.
