The two-storey guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to the main house (built 1852). The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bright bathroom/WC. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area features high ceilings and opens to a decked garden with hot tub/jacuzzi and BBQ — perfect for relaxing. A 3rd sleeping room is a small loft with 2 single beds, is accessed by a ladder (not suitable for young children) This is a peaceful retreat, not suited to parties or loud gatherings

The Cove at Dungeness Beach has beautiful uninterrupted views of the English channel & the White cliffs of Dover. Walk out of the house onto the Beach, down to the waters edge. Close to many interesting places such as the RHDR steam railway, which you can see from the rear of the property, you are able to walk to the RNLI Dungeness lifeboat station & to the lighthouse. There is both an indoor and outdoor facilities for BBQs & alfersco dinning & within walking distance to the famous pilot pub.

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Seagull cottage is a former Victorian coastguard cottage The cottage has been recently renovated and now boasts a stunning interior decorated simply and beautifully. This charming little cottage is the perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. With sea views and in a tranquil setting with a short walk to the high street with plenty of historic features in the local area. There is a single bed which must be requested upon booking (extra £10 per night). I am afraid we do not accept pets or children under 10 years old.
