The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. It is a 5 minute walk to The Cridford Inn, 8 miles to Exeter, 10 miles from the stunning South Devon Coast and 3 miles from Dartmoor National Park.

Lots of lovely walks, beaches and wonderful Devonshire Heritage. This little gem is easy access to anywhere in Devon.
