Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

A freshly renovated apartment with elegant modern touches, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere-ideal for a relaxing holiday.Perfectly located just 50 meters from the town's central square and main market, the home is within walking disatnce of everything you might need: pharmacy, supermarket, public parking, post office, health centre, bank, taxi, bus station, and the sea. This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

Relax in the vibes of a fishing village at a spacious modern island studio apartment. Great views to the marina and short walk to village and the beach. You will not need a car as you can get your groceries, and fresh baked bread from the near village stores. Enjoy a large variety of restaurants and bars just in 2-3 minutes walk. The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house
