An old traditional house built on 17th century, totally renovated on the early of 2015 We managed to design and built 4 total completed & separated appartments with different colors, architecture design and decoration. Our 4 unique appartments called (ANTHEMIS - NEFELI - IRIDA - ARIADNI) and can provide you a different way of living and enjoying your holidays. We are based only 300m from the port of Karlovasi, near to the famous beaches of Mikro & Megalo Seitani, Potami beach and waterfalls.

Enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine or barbecue in the yard. Ideal starting point for hikes to remote beaches and near mountain villages.

Pythagorion Harbour Residence

This unique apartment is located directly in the picturesque harbour of Pythagorion. It offers breathtaking views over the boulevard, the harbour with its many small boats and yachts and Aegean Sea up to the coast of Turkey. In the harbour you will find many restaurants and cosy cafes to choose from. Shops are located just a short stroll from the apartment, as are some beaches and archaeological sites. The airport is just 3 km away, so start enjoying your stay only minutes after you arrive!

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Mamma Mia ❤

This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals

Nina's House above the amazing sea!

Welcome to Nina’s House, a bright and whitewashed house, just a short walk from the beach! This cozy spot used to be my grandma’s summer home, and now it mixes traditional charm with all the modern comforts to make your stay super relaxing. The lovely courtyard is perfect for catching magical sunsets. Come hang out and enjoy some happy, loving moments in a place made with lots of care!

Live your fairytale in Samos!! The house is traditional made from rock. The house has built with samian stone, is spacious and comfortable with luxury services. The house is very close to the beach, to the enter of Pythagoreio, near to port and airport of Pythagoreio, ATM, S/M, monuments, bar, restaurants and coffe stores and the central street.
