Η διακόσμηση και η επίπλωση του έχει γίνει από επεξεργασία παλαιών υλικών και επίπλων από ξύλο και σίδηρο . Διαθέτει υπνοδωμάτιο , ενιαίο χώρο από κουζίνα, καθιστικό, τραπεζαρία και σοφίτα, ένα μπάνιο. Επίσης έχει βεράντα με απεριόριστη θέα στην Νότια Κέρκυρα προς την Αδριατική και το Ιόνιο .
