Miller's Rest

Miller’s Rest is a self-contained one bedroom cottage with private parking and 2miles from Orton, 5 miles from Shap. The cottage is peaceful with plenty of space and all modern amenities. The bespoke kitchen is well equipped, living room has a log burner effect electric fire for those colder nights. The bedroom has an ensuite shower room and large wardrobe. There is a small stream running alongside the garden lovely for sitting outside enjoying a glass of wine, relaxing and watching the birds.

The Pines Treehouse @ Treetops Hideouts

The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

Town End Barn is a spacious apartment in the pretty village of Orton. Situated in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, the Lake District National park is on the doorstep too. The barn has private entrance, garden, underfloor heating and a well equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a king-size bed. A large sofa bed sleeps extra guests. Children's accessories & toys are available too. Orton has a an award-winning cafe, a friendly pub serving great food, a well stocked shop and even a chocolate factory!

Fully insulated with towel heater/radiator. Kitchenette, microwave, fridge/freezer, utensils, toaster & kettle. All bedding, towels & complimentary robes & slippers provided.

The Bothy is part on an old hill-top farm in wonderful countryside. Sleeps 2 in single beds, set in a large private garden & great views. The heater & log burner will keep you cozy. Inside it feels like a ski lodge. Leave all your worries & escape to peace and quiet. The cabin includes a bath with a view in a large bathroom, WC, microwave, cool box, camping stove, log burner, USB charger, bike space, hose & stargazing bench/BBQ area (Bring a BBQ). No WiFi but 3G, 1 pet, 1 car & 2 guests.

The Old Potting Shed, cosy retreat with hot tub

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.
