A bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house new construction and short walks away from the heart of Athens historic and business centre, suitable both for unforgettable vacations and professional travels! There is also a small green patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy in serenity your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi access (50Mbps), individual air conditioning system, HDTV, Netflix, 24h hot water. This is a bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house, new construction and short walks away from the heart of the historic centre. The cosy living room is separated from the bedroom by a handmade wooden stair that assures a romantic stay in the attic of the house! There is also a small patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired I can arrange a comfortable transportation from and to the airport 24h / 7days a week at a very low cost. The direct metro blue line from Athens International Airport (Kerameikos stop), as well as the green metro line (Thiseio stop) are within walking distance. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired a comfortable transportation from and to the airport/port at a low cost can be arranged 24/7! Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. Easy to park your car exactly outside the house. The house is located at a very safe and quiet neighborhood. You will be able to relax,rest and enjoy your holidays!

Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. But I prefer to respect your privacy so I let you know to contact me (sms, mail, phone) if you have any request or concerns. Also there is available a unique guide with various info’s and many tips for the city in order to facilitate you to self-manage your needs and discover the “genius loci” of the place. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. Also I m a young mom and I can share with other moms many facilities for feeding, sleeping or creative play for newborns and kids.

This modern apartment is on the ground floor of a two storey condo, built in 1980 and renovated in 2015. It's consisted of one bedroom with a comfy double bed ,a lovely living room with a foldaway sofa that can be used by two people,a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a quiet small yard where you can relax anytime of day! Our concern is to have the best stay in Athens. We will personally welcome you at your arrival and provide you with all the important information about the apartment and Athens, places to go, things to do.... There is always something new to explore... Ano Petralona is a calm area in the centre of town that combines the old with the modern. Explore bars cafes and restaurants, all nearby. Walk to the must-see sites like the Acropolis, Plaka, Filopappou Hill, Monastiraki, and Thisio. Train station "Petralona" is in a 4min walking distance and offers direct connection to metro and simultaneously to all important spots of town. Port of Piraeus can be reached in 15min by train and the Athens Airport in 45 min by metro.

The Daphne’s residence is located in Thission, in the historical center of Athens, very close to most sights of interest (10-20’ walk), nightlife and public transport (Thission metro station is a short 8' min walk as Kerameikos metro station is also a short 8 min walk (500m). You’ll love Daphne’s residence because of its location and its stylish decoration. The apartment is big enough (50 square meters) for 4 people, is ideal for couples, business travelers, solo adventurers and small families.

Our house is located in a safe, quiet and green neighbourhood in the centre of Athens, only 4 minutes from the KERAMEIKOS metro station. The apartment is newly renovated, offering all the necessary facilities for a comfortable and relaxing accommodation. The district of Gazi is in the centre of the contemporary entertainment with many clubs, restaurants, theatres, museums, coffee shops etc. This is where a long sidewalk begins which connects the Archaeological sites of Kerameikos to Acropolis.
