Upper floor - (gable height 2.20 m) with bed (160x200 cm), and air conditioning. Wooden windows and doors have mosquito nets. Outside: Natural stone terrace shaded with wine covered pergola and great views.

To Modern House βρίσκεται στο χωριό Χαϊδευτό σε απόσταση 2.5 Km από τις παραλίες και το λιμάνι της Κεραμωτής. Πρόκειται για ένα ήσυχο, μοντέρνο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει κλιματισμό, θέρμανση, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο καθώς και ντους. Κατάλληλο για 2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά. Part of UNESCO park, Delta Nestos, Kavala, art and culture.The house is convenient comfortable, and practical, offering a clean and modern deisgn for a healthy vacation, in an authentic setting, close to nature and its well preserved beauties. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

Willkommen in unserer brandneuen Airbnb-Unterkunft „ NEA home“ in Nea Iraklitsa, Kavala, Griechenland! Dieses moderne Haus bietet Platz für Familien und Paare gleichermaßen und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und einen stilvollen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich. Das Ägäische Meer mit einem schönen Sandstrand befindet ca. 200 m vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus ist im Juli 2024 fertig gestellt worden und sie können die ersten Gäste sein.

Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.
