The most important features of this apartment, are the amazing sea view, where you can see the open wide sea, and its quiet location. It is fully airconditioned, has fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and living room. TV/DVD available, hot water 24h/day. Besides those, it is easily accessible, since it is 40min travel with 'flying dolphin' and 1 hour with the ferry. Near the apartment there is a bus stop that goes to the town of Aigina. Within 5 minutes by feet you have access to supermarkets, restaurants, small shops and in 1km is the village Souvala where there are other restaurants and touristic areas. A cute woodhouse (15m2) in the beautiful garden of the Hotel Cokkinis with the panoramic seaview. Bathroom inside the room. It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!
